Through our one-on-one counseling sessions together, we will help you find the growth and healing you’ve been seeking. We will work together to identify goals and objectives that are attainable and appropriate for your path to feeling better. Individual therapy is most effective when the client chooses to work toward their goals, which can be supported through our time together. I use various methods and interventions to help achieve these goals, always with your input and teamwork.
